Directly from You: When you create a consignor account, purchase an item, or book a move.

Integrated Platforms: Data synced between Ricochet POS, Shopify, and SmartMoving.

Process transactions and manage your consignor payouts.
Coordinate professional furniture pickups and deliveries via On Call Moving.

Welcome to On Call Re-Home. By accessing our website, purchasing our inventory, or utilizing our consignment services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
"As-Is" Condition: Most items sold by On Call Re-Home are consigned. All items are sold in "As-Is" condition. While we strive to disclose any significant wear or damage, the buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.
No Warranties: We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the longevity or future performance of used furniture and decor.
Dynamic Pricing: Prices on consigned items are subject to a 90-day markdown schedule (20% off after 30 days, 50% off after 60 days). The price at the time of checkout is final.
Taxes: All purchases are subject to applicable Colorado and local Eagle County sales tax.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments. Your financial information is handled by third-party processors (Shopify/Ricochet).
48-Hour Approval Period: To accommodate the luxury market, we offer a 48-hour return window for store credit, provided the item is returned in its original "as-sold" condition.
Non-Refundable Fees: All delivery, labor, and "white-glove" service fees are 100% non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover administrative and floor-space costs.
Pickup Window: Purchased items must be picked up within 72 hours unless delivery is scheduled.
Storage Fees: Items left beyond the pickup window will incur a storage fee of $[Insert Amount, e.g., $25] per day.
Abandonment: Items left for more than 14 days without communication will be considered abandoned and may be resold or donated with no refund to the original buyer.
Delivery Risks: While our team at On Call Moving & Storage are professionals, On Call Re-Home is not liable for minor home scuffs, floor scratches, or "tight-fit" issues during the delivery of used furniture.
Fitment: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure furniture fits through doorways and into the intended space.
Website Accuracy: We do our best to ensure photos and descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other website content are error-free.
All consignors must sign a separate Consignor Agreement which governs the split of sales, payout schedules, and item duration. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the Consignor Agreement, the Consignor Agreement shall prevail.
All content on this website, including logos, text, and professionally staged photography, is the property of On Call Re-Home and may not be used without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Eagle County, CO.

At On Call Re-Home, we provide professional, white-glove delivery powered by On Call Moving & Storage. Because we handle high-end, one-of-a-kind items, our shipping process is designed to ensure your purchase arrives in the same pristine condition it left our showroom.
We offer flat-rate, professional delivery for all furniture items within the Vail Valley (Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Edwards, Eagle, and Gypsum).
Flat Rate:Â $150 per delivery (not per item) unless quoted otherwise.
What's Included:Â Professional transport, placement in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials.
Scheduling: Once your order is placed, our logistics team will contact you within 24â48 hours to schedule a delivery window.
For deliveries outside of Eagle County (including Aspen, Summit County, and the Denver Metro area), we offer custom-quoted delivery.
Quotes: Please contact us at Hello@OnCallMovingandStorage.com prior to purchase for a firm delivery quote.
Pricing: Based on distance, item size, and crew requirements.
Customers are always welcome to pick up their purchases at our Eagle-Vail showroom free of charge.
Timeline: Items must be picked up within 48â hours of purchase due to limited floor space.
Storage Fees: Items left beyond the pickup window may be subject to a storage fee of $15 per day.
Loading: While our team is happy to help you move the item to your vehicle, the customer is responsible for providing their own blankets, straps, and securing the load.
Currently, we do not offer automated nationwide shipping for large furniture items via the website.
Third-Party Freight: If you are outside of Colorado, we can coordinate with a third-party white-glove carrier (such as Plycon or Uship). All freight costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
Small decor, textiles, and accessories are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Processing Time: 1â3 business days.
Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
To ensure a successful delivery, we ask that you:
Ensure there is a clear, safe path to the room of choice.
Measure all doorways, elevators, and hallways prior to ordering.
The "Fit" Policy: If an item does not fit into your home due to size constraints, the delivery fee is non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
All items are sold "As-Is" (Consignment). However, we take extreme care in transport.
Inspection: You must inspect your item upon delivery. Once the delivery team leaves and the receipt is signed, On Call Re-Home is not responsible for subsequent damage.
Claims: In the rare event of damage during transport, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
